Zucchini- A freakishly fast gowning vegetable and its spelled odd to boot! I swear ,you look at your plants in the garden 1 day and you think "almost ready to pick" and then you go out the next day and you have 5 that need to be picked now! or you need to find them homes as more are coming! I didn't know that they grew like they do, so I planted 5 plants! that's probably about 3 plants more then I need. Now I like zucchini bread, but being that I am going to be overrun with them ,I made 5 pints of zucchini relish. Its a good thing that I have a mini food processor as I would still be chopping and getting cranky! ( I get cranky when I get hot, that's why I was once again down to my undies and tank top...Sorry Mom)
I sure hope you have suitable undies for viewing as you seem to be wearing them as outerware quite a bit. Maybe you can dry the zucchini fibers and weave them into cloth and make clothes for yourself....so that no one will have to view the undie clad Krissy again.
