I see this man whenever I go to work. The first time I saw him, he kind of startled me. I'm not sure why, but I knew that there was something "off" about him. When I got closer I saw that it was fake.
When hunting started a few weeks ago this man got his blaze orange on. He's looking very stylish! But he needs more orange. He's missing the orange pants and orange cap. Either a ball cap or a stocking hat. I have seen both. The men down here are manly men! They don't think that orange makes them look like a sissy or look fat! ( I would never wear all orange! Somebody would try to carve me as I would look like a pumpkin!)
Maybe the orange man is going to go hunting for the orange deer?I see a lot of deer that have the orange vest on them, but I was hoping that I would be able to find a deer family that was all decked out in orange. They could put some pants and a hat on them and really make them stand out! No such luck. Oh well

I've seen the "orange man" twice now when driving over to the Grain Bin for our Saturday morning cinnamon rolls! I think it's rather cute to have a fake deer hunter standing guard in this wooded area. Some people just have creative ideas I guess. Maybe at Christmas you'll see Santa standing out in the field!
ReplyDeleteI think he's a bit spooky. Although I like the deer in hunter orange vests. Are people really worried someone is going to shoot their fake deer, or are they just having fun?
