I know, hate is a strong word. But I use it now cause I hate the following.
1. The smell of raw onions. I love to eat onions cooked or raw. But that smell of raw onions in the trash can? Yuck! I made 15 bean soup the other day and chopped 1 large onion to put in to it.
I took out the trash that night because of the onion smell. The next day when I cam home from work I could still smell raw onion. I have now swept the floor and then mopped. I have cleaned out from under the sink where the trash can sits. I have re-washed the cutting board.
I have ran water down the sink. A day and a half later I can still smell raw onion? Where is it coming from? Aruuugghhhh! I have a candle burning in the kitchen just so I don't get so mad from the smell.
2. Banana peels. Can't stand the smell of that in the trash. That might be why I don't buy them as I can't stand the smell. Not the banana itself but the peel afterwards.
I bought 3 bananas the other day (Sunday) and I have yet to eat one.( This is the first time I have bought then here in WI ) I'm about ready too just to see if that will cover up the smell of the onion. My luck I will have the 2 smells mixed!
At my old job. If you worked in the office with me you knew that you had to toss any onion from a sandwich or a banana peel in the hanger trash cans! I would go just a tad bit overboard with it
but that's just how much I detest those smells.
I can smell the onion from the living room. It's a evil thing!
