Goodness, or badness?

I bought some lemons the other day to make lemon bars for work. I still had one lemon left and I looked in my many cook books and decided to make "Lemon pudding cake" This recipe was in my Betty Crocker cook book. That is my standby
cook book. Nothing to fancy and everything I have made from that cook book has turned out well. This Lemon pudding cake had it all! And then I had it all! Burp, pardon me! I didn't have it all in one setting! I had some for dinner last night
and then a snack before bed and then a bowl for breakfast and then I ate the last of it this afternoon. It was good. It had cake and pudding
just like the name says and very fast and easy to make. If you have a lemon you too could make this. The ingredients are eggs, milk, sugar, flour and baking powder oh and lemon. Down side. I did eat a cup of sugar in a 24 hour period! To counter balance that I did have brussels sprouts for dinner last night and then also for breakfast ( I like them, so be quite!...........which is hard when you eat lots of them......giggle giggle)

  1. Your lemon pudding cake looks soooo good, but actually those lemon bars yesterday took the prize. Thanks Kris that was very nice of you to bring in a treat for us.

  2. It doesn't look so good, but I'll take your word for it. Kind of looks burnt. Your brussel sprout addition brings new meaning to the phrase "hey toots" that we heard so often as kids.
