Well, I was going to whine about the guy that gets books from the library who happens to be a heavy heavy smoker. When he's in the library you can smell where he has been. He leaves a sent trail and you don't need to be a blood hound to figure it out! When he drops off the books they reek. I think that we need to febreze the books before we put them back on the shelf or pass them along. I would not be able to read a book that he had until it's aired out. It's really bad.
Instead of whining about the smoker, I'm going to show you this current video of what's going on at my place. Hard hitting and up to the minute. It has also knocked out the dish network. My dish must be full of snow. But this is all OK. It's going to be in the 60's in a few days.

That's what you get for starting to think about You Know What! How many times have we thought about that same thing in Anchorage and had the white stuff come back?
ReplyDeleteJust think, it is the first day of Spring and we can still get three more feet of snow!
ReplyDeleteJanice in Anchorage
I love your video. It was very hard hitting and up to date. Maybe you should apply for a job as a weather forecaster? You could flub the words as well as anyone else.
ReplyDeleteNice video clip Krissy. That snow was coming down so hard that I could only drive 40 mph on my way home tonight.
ReplyDeleteDarn it...I just hate it when it goes from spring to winter, and then back to spring, then back to winter etc., etc.
And to think I wanted to ride my road bike tomorrow morning...silly me!
As for stinky man, we might have to air out his books outside!
Hi Krissy, getting back online finally here....when the snow is falling, do you ever clean off the
ReplyDelete"little thingy", the round thing. Arg, I can't think of what it would be called.
I have to take a mop to mine in order to keep it clear!
Great video!

That stuff really came down fast. The smoker returned some books on thurs. I had to wipe them all off and the wipe was yellow with smoke stain. Yuck!
ReplyDeleteFEEL BLESSED THAT YOU ARE GETTING SNOW AND NOT HAVING TO DEAL WITH
ReplyDeleteEXTREME FIRE CONDITIONS EVERY DAY!!!! WE HAVE NOT HAD MOISTURE IN SO LONG AND HAVE HAD LOTS OF WIND. THOSE OF US IN THIS PART OF COLORADO WOULD LOVE TO BE DUMPED ON AND NOT HAVE "SPRING" UNTIL MAY!! THEY SAY OUR CONDITIONS ARE JUST LIKE AUSTRALIA WHEN THEY HAD THE DEVESTATING WILDFIRES LAST YEAR. FEEL BLESSED YOUR SPRING HAS BEEN PUT OFF DUE TO MOISTURE!!!
