I'm on my lunch break at work so I decided to do my blog from here. It seems that I have not been able to get online at home as I have been busy.
Movie Review.
Go see Avatar. In 3D. It was a great movie. The special effects were "out of this world" ( That's kind of a joke as it's an alien movie ) Even if you can't see it in 3D it still had a good story line and you don't realize that time had flown by.
I got called up late on Monday night from the goat lady and she told me that she was going to bring back my girls ( the goats) the next day. I had to go out and shovel out the gate as I had left it open and with the snow we had I could not shut it. That took some time and also that will learn me to always shut the gate! Then I had to find the water buckets as I left them out too. That will also learn me to keep them inside. Love learning a good lesson. Then last night, I rushed home to see the goats and give them hugs and kisses ( yep, I kiss the goats ) and I was so so disappointed that they were not there. Called goat lady and she has some problems so maybe now I will get them back Thursday. Then I rushed to my friend's house so that we could go see Avatar. Didn't get home till 10.45pm.
Do you have big plans for the New Years Weekend? You do? Great! So do I. Mine involve a rug doctor and moving my furniture around. I'm tired of looking at my dirty carpet and sitting in the same spot. I will take some before pics and after pics so that you can see my new arrangement.
This will also mess with the kittens mind. That may play a bit into the reason that I'm doing this. Tired of the kittens climbing the screens on the windows and knocking the plants over that are by the windows. I think if I move stuff around that they will stop some of their high jinks.
Well, I need to run across to the store and get some ice tea. I'm dragging today. It's the kittens fault.

So when you take pics of re-arrangment, make sure you include Nancy Stonington-Taylor prints so can see where you put them!!!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing your pictures Krissy! Happy New Year to you!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Krissy!
ReplyDeleteYour New Years Eve sounds as exciting as mine. I am sure to be asleep when 2010 comes to Anchorage. The "exciting single life", eh?
Is the goat lady bringing the girls home because her boys have "done their duty" or because their vacation is over?
In plain American;
Are you going to have "GRAND-GOATS"????
Blessings Krissy, may 2010 be a year of amazement and a deeper relationship with The Lord God Almighty and His Blessed Son, Jesus!!
Love you girl - thanks for blogging - it keeps us connected!
CC- I can't fit all the pics in the main room. Some of the pics will be in the bedrooms.
ReplyDeleteAnnie- Happy New Year to you too!
Janice- I will have baby goats in May! Yeeeeee! They will be so cute!
Hi Krissy! I love your New Year Eve's plan...mine is to sleep. The kids have been home causing me to stay up WAY too late each night and I'm exhausted. Yay! Baby goats - I can't wait!
ReplyDeleteThanks for going to the movie with me. It was defiantly worth seeing a second time.
