Getting buggy wit it!

I'm not worried, yet! But I have been advised that in the fall time there are two beetles that are a pest. One is called a Asian/Japanese Beetle? It was brought over from Asia and was used to take care of a pest that was damaging the soy bean crops, well you guessed it! They have no natural predator in the USA, so now they have become a problem. You start to see them in the fall as that's when their soy bean home isn't that great and they get displaced. I saw a few in my truck the other day, a few on the house and today I saw more and I vacuumed up a few inside the house. They look like a Lady bug, but they are not a Lady bug, I think they might pinch? Not sure, they don't really gross me out as they aren't ugly. Now, I cant remember the name of the other beetle but I'm freaking out that this might be they other one! Its UGLY! I am seeing more and more of them. So far I had 3 in the house today and more outside! Why did God make bugs ugly? They should be cute and cuddly so that I don't freak out! I am going to have a "chat " with him one day about this! As I don't like the feeling that I get, I am having phantom creepy crawly sensations on me! UGH!

  1. Krissy that's a "stink" bug! They don't bite or fly or run fast...they really don't do anything!!! Just so you know (and will be prepared)the Asian beatle does pinch...and yes it HURTS. It feel more like a bite, but I guess it's a pinch. Today at work, I couldn't get the books out of the outside drop box because the hornets where swarming the municipal building and flying all around the building. Something tells me you and I might have to come up with a plan when you have to go outside and get the books and DVDs out of the drop boxes. Yup, that's one of your library duties. Did you bring any special armor from Alaska???? Oh, did I mention the municipal building has bats too? Don't worry a broom comes in handy!
