So this is a just a few things off the top of my head.
I love my nice thick wool socks. I have the temp in the house set to 62 and at night I turn it down lower! So in the morning I put on my socks and my feet are toasty warm.
I got 3 nice long e-mails from friends in Alaska. So here's a shout out to Pam, Rose and Ruth.I love it when I get a nice long mesg that catches me up on stuff. Love you and miss you guys! Yes, Suzy1 also e-mailed, but that was to tell me that her toast did not get soggy this morning!
I like the crisp cool days that we are having right now. Tonight when I left work ( My wonderful Library job!) I was walking through a pile of crunchy leaves, its a nice sound. Also with this cool weather it has that fall smell in the air, kind of like the high bush cranberry smell, but I don't see those kind of berries here so I don't know what it is.
And most important. I am so thankful that I have my friend Kellie here!
And I'm happy because Krissy is going to bring in a cherry almond treat tomorrow at the library....I'm so excicted that I won't be able to sleep tonight!
ReplyDeleteI feel happy too. Maybe it's because I am no longer expecting summer to come. It's gone and we've moved on to winter so I'm ready for snow, snow, snow. Also, looking forward to coming to visit. Whooooo Hooooooo!

You'll have to get Patty "Culverized" (and I hope she doesn't pester you to do any shopping...which hey I just thought of a plan....Maybe I could write out a list for Patty for some stuff I want at Shopco and you could take her there....just kidding...calm down already!!
