I have a headache today. I had a hard time getting my rear in gear. It was so bad that I nodded off in church today. But then, the sermon wasn't for me. When I got home I took a 20 minute nap and woke up with the same headache. I did some weeding and planted the plants that I got yesterday. I had to as my headache was all my own fault.
My name is Aunt Krissy and I am an addict. I'm addicted to HULU. There, I said it. But the confession part is what I have been watching and staying up late at night for.
Please don't think any less of me. O.K.? I have now finished Season 1 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I started watching the show up in Alaska. I only watched half of season 6 and all of season 7 up in Alaska and I was not going to spend money to get other episodes on DVD's. When I found out that HULU had seasons 1,2 and 3 and you can watch them all for FREE that's what I did. Tonight I will start season 2.
That's not all that I have been watching on HULU. I have also been watching Starsky and Hutch.
You can come and join my support group for Buffy the Vampire Slayer. We can talk about Spike versus Angel. See, I never understood why Buffy had a thing for Angel. Now I do. I still like Spike better. And I am not happy with how the series ended. That's all I will say about that.
Go give HULU a look. You can also watch movies for free. I know because I have done that a few times.

Yay, Hulu!
ReplyDeleteI watch most of my television there now. I think I've already told you that. :) I never did watch Buffy when it was on - I'll have to add it to my queue. There is also tv.com which partnered with CBS. Not as good as Hulu (in my opinion), but another completely legal way to watch television shows online.
(I was thrilled to find out they have NewsRadio now, too. Man, I loved that show.)
What? Who has time to watch TV series?
ReplyDeleteAt least you are honest about your hulu additions.
To each his own. I never could get into Buffy - I don't like the whole vampire fantasy thing. Now old Starsky and Hutch might be another thing. I used to love that show!

these are a few other web-sites that offer tv for free. i have not tried them but will when i dump cable.
I forgot to tell the kids about that, but they do spend a lot of time already on the computer. Maybe I'll just put that bit of knowledge in my back pocket for a rainy day.
ReplyDeleteI have to check it out myself yet.
I didn't blog yesterday, so I read your last blog today. Left a comment on there for you.
ReplyDeleteI really was so glad to be able to give some plants to you. Ky really loved the bars! He wants me to make more. He liked them with just the hint of lemon.
Just so you all know. I did NOT make the bars. I got them at a fund raiser. I told my frind that if you had on a blindfold you would just call them sweet bars as there was not much of a lemon flavor to them.
ReplyDeletedangit, hulu told me:
ReplyDeletewe're sorry, but our video library can only be viewed in the united states.
i HATE that. i hope they're really sorry.

p.s. i was kind of let down with how buffy ended too - and how virtually none of the jokes translate into german
